Parts of my carpet were missed and not cleaned.
The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He took a little extra time to explain the difference between your system and the competitors. I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals.

The technician was quick and dis a wonderfull job.
The carpet is popping up all of the original dirt and spots everywhere. I am extremely disappointed and displeased with the end results. I would completely discourage any of my friends and family to pay this high price for such a carpet cleaning service. I have pictures before and after and I feel that this was a bad choice for me. I should be given a refund. This experience has been very stressful.
I needed an area touched up that was not as clean as the rest of the floor and I am having to wait 2 weeks to have it cleaned.

We have only had you clean our carpets once, but loved the job you did! We felt our carpet was really clean and not full of "stuff." Now we have wood floors but are having you clean our braided rugs. We are anxious to get them back and see how great they will look!
