The representative from zerorez was very responsive to my needs as I am elderly. He was polite and very friendly.
When Michael was running a little late, he called to let us know. Important! He did arrive within the time frame that was given to us. We had some extra area rugs and he made time for cleaning those.
Our white carpet has never looked better. Normally after a cleaning, it stays wet for days, but the Zerorez cleaning allowed us to move furniture back the next day. There was no residue left on the carpet, as has been with other cleaners we have used.
Zerorez will be our "go to" cleaning service from now on.

Your employees are all WONDERFUL! Everyone who has come to my house is so professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, nobody cleans my carpets as well as Zerorez. I'm always amazed at how just when I think I have to get new carpets, there's no other choice, you guys come out and they look brand-new again. I would never use another carpet cleaning company after using Zerorez.
