How clean my carpets look and how fresh the house smells after cleaning. Techs are on time, courteous and service is quick.
Technician was on time and very professional. The only thing I would change is the ability to know the time window when you make the appt. It is hard to be productive when you have to block a whole day until 2 days before the appt.

I have used Zerorez for several years and have really loved it. I used the service a couple of weeks ago and for the first time I was dissapointed in the result. they immediately rescheduled a follow up re-cleaning and will come this week to make it right. Can't beat that!!!
Soap was not used on our carpet. The technician was very professional and took extra time to explain the procedure, took precautions to protect our walls and furniture. Technician worked hard to rovide the best cleaning possible.

The technician was professional and personable. The carpet was cleaned in a reasonable amount of time....only one coffee stain has reappeared. I will consider Zerorez the next time I clean my carpets.
