So glad that we did our homework first, and checked into the various methods of carpet cleaning. We contacted the Zerorez company, and we are very pleased with the carpet cleaning job. We are also very impressed with the people who scheduled & confirmed the appointment, and performed the actual cleaning of the carpet and travertine entry way. They are very professional people, who really care about the job they do. Our Zerorez cleaning service rep, was very thorough. They were vary cautious about the timing - for returning the chairs and other furnishings in their places, as our chair legs have large metal taps on them, that would rust the carpet. So we followed their advice, and allowed a generous time, before setting chairs back down on carpet. As an extra caution, I slipped each chair leg into a zip lock baggie, for a generous amount of time. The travertine stone entry way, looks absolutely new. Thank you again.

Missed a few stains

It is clean. No residue. It dries quickly with no "odor" or purfume smell.

Nice guy and all, but seemed not to interested in customer service. did just the exposed area and didn't spot clean high traffic areas . maybe you don't do that? o.k. over all, but seemed like the last guy was better. paid for 5 rooms but the square footage cleaned probably was only equal to $ maybe??
