They got my carpets very clean and were nice, timely, professional. However, telephone contact with your company was very difficult. No answer. Repeated callbacks. Finally got someone, who said schedulers were busy and someone would call back. They didn't. I made one more attempt, got a person, and she was very good.

That you can do multi-services and upholstery
First and foremost, I liked the outcome of the carpet cleaning. It looked brand new. The technician was very polite and careful to not damage any furniture. Since that turned out so well, I am going to call and ask for tile cleaning as well!

Your technician, Michael, came out to service the carpeting in my mom's home. her carpet was a huge mess. Michael managed to get everything cleaned. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would consider him to be a great asset to your company. we are so pleased with the results of the service, we will highly recommend it to our family and friends.
