There are no chemicals and no odors. Even the pet treatment where you have to use chemicals it's all drawn out so no strong odors. Marcel was great!

Eduardo - he was professional, courteous, did a terrific job and thorough. Will be sure to recommend him personally. Our carpet is soft and fluffy--unlike previous cleanings with another high profile company.

I was absolutely stunned how fast the process was and knowing there were no harmful chemicals in my carpet was even better. The staff at zerorez is the best! Very accomodating and knowledgeable . Definitely will call you guys again !

My parents carpet was REALLY dirty and your technician took the time to effort to make it look wonderful. All of my family have used Zerorez and have been pleased with the results. We will not use anyone else! I plan to have our tile floor cleaned next.

What do you like about our products and services?

I have alwlays loved the way Zerorez cleaned my carpets. They look beautifu when done. I was out of town last week when the carpets were cleaned.My husband mentioned to me he had the hall scotchguarded, at the recommendation of Zerorez. At no cost I might add. sort of a trial thing. But I was disappointed to hear that the Scotchguarding was suggested by Zerorez. It had never been mentioned before is the many times I have had my carpets cleaned by them. I felt it was up-selling for additional monies. I was disappointed in this fact.

Firstly, the technician was great. He was very professional and courteous as well as respectful of our property. The product appears to have worked very well, it had a very pleasant citrus odor and left our property very clean. Thank you.
