Specialized stain removal

The service technician completely missed cleaning a small area rug from Colleen's office. So we have a rather soiled area rug sitting atop a newly cleaned carpet, and the contrast is rather apparent. This is unusual in that we've used Zerorez for a number of years, and have always had great service from them. In fact, we were early customers of Gabriel's when he was just starting his own business, and long before he joined with Zerorez, and have stayed with him because of the great service we've always received from him.
The rug was on our list of items to be cleaned, but I believe the technician simply forgot to do it. It was already late in the day when he finished his work, and he had a long drive ahead of him to Palmdale, on a Friday night, so I don't blame him for wanting to get on the road. Nevertheless, we would like the rug to be cleaned, and wonder when it might be possible to arrange for that?

I like that you can "drink" the solution.

I like the idea that no shampoo or other chemical residue is left behind in the fibers of the carpet. Hydrogenated Alkaline Water did in fact, clean the carpet and left the fibers of the rug like new. The citrus "pre treatment" had a light pleasing fragrance which dissipated very quickly.
The Technician was very polite, was on time and willing to explain the details of the service with me.
He was careful around the furniture, cleaned up and nothing was damaged. (others have broken things and left without ever mentioning it).

This was my first experience with Zerorez.

This was a project home which had been sadly neglected for many years. Initially, we had another company come in and do the first cleaning. I have no complaints about them, but, there were heavy soiled areas that had a "gummy like" feel to them, which later came back up.
My husband suggested Zerorez, and so we looked into it.

Thus far, we have been pleasantly surprised to experience the promise this company makes about the results the customer can expect.

Very soon I plan to have them over to clean some area rugs for me and couches.

I like the way our carpets stay cleaner much longer after Zerorez cleaning. BUT, I must say, that after I called and left a nice message about the service we got from the technician, we moved our two sofas and love seat out and found that the carpet underneath had NOT been touched. My husband had offered to help the technician move the sofas, but his help was never requested. We assumed the technician had moved them on his own. We have used Zerorez for years and have never had the sofas not moved. The underneath carpet was ALWAYS cleaned, and foam pads put down under the sofa legs to prevent discoloration to the carpet. Other than that disappointment, we were happy with the job.

I would like to get an invoice - I was told it would be emailed - didn't get one.
I think the tech could dispose of the dirty water in a better way. It was poured into the middle of the street - so residue remains and looks bad. Not to happy about that. If he had asked me, I would have selected a place for him to pour out the water.

My carpet and sofa were very clean and dried quickly. Brett did a great job and really helped clean my carpets, sofa and rugs. I highly recommend Brett and Zerorez's services. Thank you for another job well done.

I have used Zerorez for both of my homes. Originally, I liked the concept of Zero residue, but once I met the service men, I will not use another company. Each time a technician came to my home, they were on time, polite, clean cut, and professional. I knew when I needed our new home 's carpet cleaned( previous owners had a dog, as do we!), I would call Zerorez. The Back to School special was perfect timing for us.

When Brett came our home on Tuesday, i was not disappointed. He was just as professional as previous technicians, did an outstanding job and was very nice. I would request his services again because he took pride in his work and is committed to the company.

Check your records before you send a technician out. Need extra long hoses and technician was sent out with hoses that were not long enough even though you have cleaned at this location before.

Prompt service. Carpets stay clean all year: no spots return!
