What do you like about our products and services?

Jose Salazar was assigned by Zerorez to clean our home's carpet on October 10, 2015 at 8:00 AM. He was receptive to our expressed needs regarding the assignment. He also was polite, diligent, and hard-working throughout the two-hour process. We are very pleased with his efforts and results, and would like for him to return to our home to do our carpet-cleaning work, as needed, in the future.

What could we do to improve?

I kinda hoped the solution could dry a little quicker. I also noticed a few spots of caked mud in some areas left on the carpets and I am guessing that was because there was no vacuuming of the floors before or after the treatment by the technician. But overall, since this was a cleaning of carpet that is probably quite aged (this is a new house to us and we are not budgeted for new carpet just yet) it is soooo much better than it was when we moved in.

Xerox continues to give perfect service. They are prompt, courteous, protective of furniture, using corner guards, plastic under legs of furniture. (On phone and Service). We love Jose and Matt. They not only meet but exceed our expectations. And not we are not relatives. Linda D.P

Love that there's no soap. Always have had courteous technicians who are willing to do that little extra bit and it is so appreciated. (Especially when we are paying more than regular carpet cleaners charge).

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Alex was very nice, I noticed several lite pieces of furniture where not moved to attempt cleaning underneath the item. We are former Haines & Cross customers. Their staff routinely would move items clean, replace the item with a plastic shield underneath.

Your field people are always very friendly and helpful and go the 'extra mile'. The cleaning service far exceeds a standard steam cleaning. My carpets stay clean longer.

This was the first time I used Zerorez and my carpets turned out beautifully, much better than previous cleaning. It is important to me that the process and products are green too. Gil was our technician and he was great!

Everything about zerorez is highly rated. The workmanship is so very professional & yet caring enough to listen to specific problems. Don't have to wait for weeks for an appointment & my person was meat & clean. I only use Zerorez only carpet.
