What could we do to improve?

We were told the carpet would be dried in 6-8 hours. Tech left at approx. 4:30pm. The carpet was still damp to the touch this morning. I've been running the air conditioner, as recommended, and almost 24 hours later it seems to be dry. We had furniture that had to be moved back in some of the rooms this morning.It would be better to let your customers know a more realistic time frame when they can expect dry carpet.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We haven't received our Rugs back yet,
When the Zerorez Rep. Came to pick up rugs communication with office wasn't the Best....
Was in the wrong truck and I helped him lodge the rug in the passenger seat, Just a very different experience than Hanes Cross.

I was not disappointed, but the cleaner left a hassock on my bed without asking me what he should do with it. Consequently, I had to leave it there until I was sure the rug was dry.

I like the use of extra hot water to clean the carpet, rather than detergent. I liked the care taken to ensure no damage to our wood floors. I liked the speed with which the job was done.

I responded to the invoice wondering why you don't provide tech cleaning a shower with a tool or device that could get into crevices & corners. Instead, I have to spray those areas with bleach & hope it works. Sorry, but I expect more for $150+ per shower. You did though do a decent jobs with my old carpets a while back. Best results I've ever had

ZEROREZ DRIVER CALLED ME AT 10:30 AM AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD BE AT OUR HOUSE BETWEEN 11:AM AND 11:30AM. AT 12:30PM HE CALLED AGAIN AND SAID THAT HE HAD HAD ANOTHER JOB TO DO BUT WOULD BE AT OUR HOUSE AROND 1:30 PM WHICH HE DID. SEEMS TO ME HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED US BACK WHEN HE RELIZED HE HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND TOLD US.AS ALWAY WE LIKE ZEROREZ A LOT. TKS First name removed

They cleaned our dirty pet stained carpets beautifully and they look and feel like new! The service technician was prompt knowledgable and friendly. The price of the service was very reasonable, I will definately be using them again!
