Garage floor and patio floor did not remove any of the stains. Simple green and a brush were able to.

What do you like about our products and services?

Extremely please once again. This is my fourth time using zerorez. Results, again outstanding!!! Carpets look like new. I am very, very meticulous and I am impressed every time with the professionalism of your company. My service technician Dennis S. was very prompt, and informed me of tips on what and what not to do to keep my carpeting in top condition. Thank you Dennis S. for a wonderful job well done.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your products work. Your technician was most polite and industrious. However, I paid with cash, and it's been 24 hours and I have not yet received my receipt which he said would be emailed to me. This is not directly related to carpet-cleaning, but it's an important aspect of the process. Please send me my receipt!

We are amazed at how clean are carpet is. It feels clean and it stays clean. The spots do not come back. And your carpet cleaners are so nice and professional.

I like that it is "green" and not full of chemicals. My house smells clean, not chemically. This is the first carpet cleaning that I've had done that really feels like it cleaned the carpet. It looks amazing!

What could we do to improve?

Pricing. This was costly! I had Living Room (12 x 14), stairs and a hallway, and it came out to $214. I will say that the gentleman was courteous and did a very thorough job -- for that, I will recommend you. The last guy was not as good and my stairs felt crunchy. This guy left and my stairs were soft and fluffy.
