I found this time the stains were right back within the week of cleaning I am very disappointed this has not happened in my past cleaning with you I know my carpet is older but still needing to spot clean the areas 1 week after having my carpets cleaned should not b the case

This was our first experience with Zerorez, but after hearing the commercials we wanted to give it a try. I like that Zerorez is nontoxic and avoids harsh chemicals. It also sounds like the results should last. It has only been 1 day so time will tell if old stains resurface, but so far we are very happy with the results! Our service techinician, Jose Morales, was friendly and professional. He efficiently cleaned 4 rooms and happily added on the stairs (for an extra cost). When he arrived he asked if we had any areas of concern so we walked him through our trouble spots. He gave extra attention to these areas and when he finished our carpets looked fantastic. He left us his business card so that we can follow up with him if we have any issues. Our first Zerorez experience will not be our last!

Let the customer know if there are stains that your equipment and solution can't guarantee before the rep comes out to do the job. The first time I used the service nearly 2 years ago, I was completely satisfied. This time my carpet was more worn and the steps were really dirty. They could not get all of the dirt out of the steps and this stain I had which I found out was cough syrup did not come up. It was my understanding prior to the representative coming out, that everything would come up. I read the info online and I explained to the customer service rep regarding the dirty stairs on the phone. The rep who cleaned the carpet tried really hard; but the stairs that were really dirty are still dirty. I really would have considered a cheaper service if I thought that the stairs were not coming clean anyway. I took advantage of a sale going on; however the 3 stairwells cost me $80.00 per stairwell or $240.00, since there is no discount for stairs.

Tech did a great job. 20 year old carpet and stone floors in the kitchen look new. Very impressed. Have been using Zerorez for several years and will never use anyone else.
