Your rug cleaning process is excellent! I appreciate that no solutions or soaps are used which gives more life to the carpet. AND your technicians (Brian, for me) are wonderful, hardworking, and very efficient.

We have used Zerorez for the past four years and have been very satisfied with the service .
This year in particular the service man was very good ( I think his name was Darian ) as it dried much faster than last time, I would certainly like to have him the next time too !!
We use this company because of the natural way the cleaning is done without chemicals.
