The work is thorough. Technicians are experienced.
I think this method is fantastic. Carpet spot free and it dried much faster then traditional cleaning that we have always used. The radio commercials got me to try your service, and they were Right! We will be using Zerorez again, and telling our friends.
The pricing--I realized after this year's cleaning that I paid almost double the amount that I paid the previous year.

I liked how you put protectors on the corners. I liked how you wiped adjoining floors at the doorway where there was no carpeting. I liked how well the carpeting was cleaned. I liked how the serviceman performed during the cleaning and kept me apprised of the procedure. I liked that you provided me with plastic booties so that I could walk on the carpet when wet.
I really like how the carpet feels since it has dried. The surface is much softer than before when it had been cleaned by a chemical formula.
I have already recommended you to a friend who will be calling you to have her carpets done.
The stains come out but they always seem to come back a week or two later.

The service was incredible. Dennis Smith was the technician who cleaned my carpets. He was a hard worker, very polite and explained everything to me carefully. Because of his attitude and service, I am definitely referring my real estate clients, friends and family to you. The carpets came out very clean and practically looked new.
Robert is my Zerorez technician of choice. He is an expert at what he does. I have 2 dogs who aren't perfect in the house and have had some accidents. Robert got ALL the spots out. He even cleaned a braided rug that I knew for sure I was going to have to trash. Robert made it look brand new. I highly recommend Robert and Zerorez to all my friends and family.
