I really appreciate the great customer service we received. We had some left-over spots from the initial cleaning, and the manager, Larry Sanders, called and offered to send someone out to retouch. We had moved some furniture after the first cleaning, and there were dark areas where the furniture had been. He offered to give us the return courtesy clean for $99, which we were happy to pay. And, best of all, the carpet looks great now! We have our condo up for sale and were worried the carpet would be a negative, but now, just the opposite!

The cleaning really works and the rugs feel so nice afterwards--not gunky as in other services that clean rugs.

Mr. Dennis Smith was our technician. He was so kind and courteous and knowlegable concerning the care of our carpets. One of the area rugs he cleaned was an expensive Oriental carpet. He made some recommendations for a pad to place under the carpet to extend the wear and keep the carpet looking nice. I will most certainly request his services again. He represents Zerorez with professionalism. You should be proud of having him affiliated your company.

The carpet was cleaned effectively. Stains were treated and removed, and the overall result was good. The technician was polite and obviously knew his job well, so that the carpets in the rooms that were "ZEROREZED" looked very clean.

My carpets were pretty dirty with some pretty bad spots.All spots were removed and the carpet looked great. It didn't take long and no lingering odor.
