There were many additional charges that added up to a lot of extra money. Not good business. The technician was good. In the end the carpet dried stiff. Not as advertised.
I feel like your technician identified himself well and was very professional. Also did an exelent job cleaning the carpet. Next time I have my carpet cleaned I will request the same technician.

Friendly technician. WIlling to finish his job and lock up my house when finished. Wished have asked me if I had abysmal rugs o clean. He did one and I had two other that needed a quick swipe of Zerorez.
