Every time I have used zerorez the guys have really worked hard to be on time and do a good job. And I use you because there is no SD oap residue the carpeting stiff after cleaning. Price is higher

The carpet cleaner was very courteous, explained the quote upfront and did a thorough job on the 7-year old carpets in our 4 rooms and stairs. We are now ready for the holidays! I will definitely repeat with Zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

Sal did a great job again, a few of the other guys who have done the house before have left the carpets damp where it takes a day or more to dry. Sal got the work done fast and carpets were dry quickly even though the day was cool. Will definitely use you again if Sal is available.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The man who cleaned an area rug in my home did not clean the entire rug until I asked him to. There was a sofa that was on the outer ridge of the rug and he cleaned up to the sofa. He then put all of his cleaning tools back in his truck. When I came in to look at the rug, I asked him if he had moved the sofa (about 5 inches) to get the edges of the rug. He said he had not and I asked him to clean the entire rug. His attitude wasn't appreciated and he eventually cleaned the entire rug. I have used you many times before as Clean Crafters had never disappointed. I was disappointed that your cleaner came and cleaned only a portion of an area rug measuring 10x12. My technician, Brandon was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend his services to everyone!! My only criticism would be the ladies at the Irvine office. I found them unprofessional and down right rude! I would probably only book online or call the corporate office.
