What do you like about our products and services?

We have used only Zerorez on the carpet in this house; we have lived here more than 11 years. The carpet doesn't look quite like new, but it is in remarkable shape. On this occasion, your technician worked and worked until he was soaked with sweat.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First of all trouble with the truck secondly Alex tracked dirt both in my entrance way and the bathroom which I had to clean (tile) and thirdly it took rest of the day and all night for the carpet to totally dry.

Your employee "Gil" is awesome. It is difficult for me to move the smaller furniture off the carpet to get most of the square footage cleaned. He was very helpful and moved most of the items by himself leaving just dressers, beds and sofas. He worked tirelessly to get out the worst dirt in my carpet and a family recliner. Best cleaning I have ever had for my recliner which I thought would not come clean. Additionally, I was afraid to clean my carpet due to so many bad experiences. The carpet is now spotless and my 10 year old carpet now looks new and will only be cleaned by Zerorez.

Darnell Ross showed up at the promised time. Very professional. Explained the service I was getting. He was so polite!!! When I have my carpet cleaned again, I will request that Darnell do the job. Unfortunately, in this day and age I hesitate having people come into my home, was so happy to have Darnell do the job. Thanks
