Darnel, our technician, was excellent. He came on time after first calling me to tell me he would be there in 30 minutes which was well within the stated time. He was efficient and effective.
The workers are very professional.
Our carpeting is white again and lovely. Rashad was a wonderful person to be your rep who cleaned our carpets and he was polite, helpful and a very nice man. We would love to have him be our regular carpet guy.

There was "soap residue" on the bottom of the furniture that was not movable and on the wood parts of the staircase including the posts. The entry hall which has parkay flooring had to be washed and polished because of the soap residue. The carpets in all rooms are now streaked. There continues to be a powdery substance coming up from the carpeting. All these problems has caused me to spend a lot of time trying to rectify these issues and, of course, the streaking still remains.
Darren did a great job again! We asked that he return because several spots on our sofa still had dirt stains. He was happy to come back and remove the stains with a special spot remover. Now, our sofa looks as clean as the carpet that he also cleaned.
I like that Zerorez is the only company that uses water-based cleaners. The sofa we purchased was very expensive, and the manufacturer only specifies that water-based cleaners be used. After doing much research, I found that Zerorez is the only company that uses this product.

Extremely expensive for such small areas cleaned, which is my fault because I should have asked before he started. The cost of the area rug had been explained, but surprised it was that much. When I told him the desk area & the carpet as you walk into the bathroom didn't look totally clean, he said it had to do with the lighting & quality of the carpet, cheap carpet which is not true & I told him so. Very unprofessional to even suggest that to someone. I don't expect anything from this experience & sorry I can't honestly refer friends/family to you. My daughter had excellent results from your company & believe it has to do with the person cleaning the carpets.

Clean, great stain removal, quick service
Someone changed my arrival window from 10am-12pm to 11 to 1 without my approval. The call taker also typed in my phone number wrongs so I did not receive a call advising that the rep was going to be late.

No chemicals because of my dog, and cleaning lasts longer.
However most of my neighbors appear to use less expensive cleaners.
No chemical smell and the serviceman is always personable and do his best to get the carpet clean!

Environmentally friendly
Your service last time was excellent. the problem I have is the expense. the differences in prices from the first time to the second time was very different. However, thank you for making it up to me. I will still keep you as a source in my nutrition book. it deals with super sensitive people so they would need your service.
