My carpets look beautiful!!! I had what I thought was a bad stain.... the technician, Malo had no problems getting it out and spent some time educating to spot cleaning down the road!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Granted my carpet is old and had worn traffic patterns. After the cleaning I now have carpet stains where too much water was applied to the carpet in an effort to clean the area. I haven't decided what I want to do about the stains....call you or try to clean it myself. Meanwhile, pieces of furniture have not been returned to their respective rooms. I 'own' this waiting on the furniture due to my indecision. Thanks.

Results of cleaning and service personnel are very knowledgeable about the services. I had Malo Garcia providing the service and he was wonderful.
I do have a problem with my e-mail bill---It is incorrect.

I have used Zerorez for years. This is the first time I am dissatisfied with results. My white carpets have a yellowish tint! Bedroom carpet did not clean as well!

We have been using Zerorez for several years. It cleans the carpet better than any of the several other companies we had used previously and the carpets stay cleaner longer! The person who cleaned our carpets on December 2nd did a superb job!
