I appreciate that you give a short window for arrival so that I'm not held up for hours waiting for my technician. I also appreciate that your technicians are on time, provide good information, are thorough, take the time to get it right, and are professional.

Best carpet cleaning service ever. So worth the extra money it costs compared to other carpet cleaning companies . Dennis is great and I hope Zerorez gives him an extra big Christmas bonus.

What could we do to improve?

MANY OF MY FRIENDS ARE FINANCIALLY RESTRICTED AND THE COST OF ZERO REZ IS OFTEN TIMES MORE THAN THEY ARRE ABLE TO PAY. THE JOB YOU DO IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT.

Service was fast and efficient. Carpet looks like new again with no residue.
Pricing is still a bit steep when compared to conventional cleaning, a 3 room house clean at about $150 would encourage me to clean more often.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpet is about 7 months new. We don't wear shoes on our carpet but there are some stains that needs to be removed. The initial clean was great but only after a week, the stains started lifting. I was disappointed as I have used other companies on older carpet where the stains didn't come back.

I like the natural components. My husband is allergic to perfume and Zerorez makes it easy to clean floors and carpets without an allergic reaction. Personally,I just about swoon when I see my travetine tile look like the day I move into my home. It is great.
