The cleaning was effective. The Zerorez people have always been on time, sometimes early and they always confirm and they always call ahead. They will work with you on the scheduling as well.

A good job. My carpet seems to stay clean longer than when I use other companies. Downside, you are expensive. $25 per room for protectant seems excessively high

My appointment was scheduled for the 10am to 12pm window. I got a call at 9:15 that day stating that the tech was late, and would be there 12-1. He showed up at 1:30, and did not even apologize. Using bad traffic as an excuse doesn't work when we can all see the traffic status on Google Maps.
It works! The carpet came out almost like new. The employee, Gil, was very professional and helpful.
I just unrolled my rug and discovered hard patches on the design. These were never there before. Wondering what kind of chemicals were used on my wool rug. The portion of there rug where I was primarily concerned is still dirty. I cannot believe this is what a $300+ cleaning got me. So disappointed in the service. I submitted photos to Email address removed for review.
