Our carpeting and tile grout had not been cleaned in several years and Matt did an excellent job of getting the carpeting and grout looking like new. There was one problem spot in a heavily trafficked carpet area that he came back to redo and it is perfect now.

What do you like about our products and services?

In our situation, we were not able to utilize the services of Zerorez. We had called them out to provide service to our hardwood flooring. Upon their inspection, the condition of the flooring required more service than the Zerorez technician could provide. They made no attempt to upsell or charge additional fees. Instead, they said they would refund the prepayment we had made.

Gil was very professional. told me start to finish what he was going to do, etc. I will request him next time I need your cleaning service. The carpets turned out looking new so that is a plus for me.

I appreciate that you give a short window for arrival so that I'm not held up for hours waiting for my technician. I also appreciate that your technicians are on time, provide good information, are thorough, take the time to get it right, and are professional.

Best carpet cleaning service ever. So worth the extra money it costs compared to other carpet cleaning companies . Dennis is great and I hope Zerorez gives him an extra big Christmas bonus.

What could we do to improve?

MANY OF MY FRIENDS ARE FINANCIALLY RESTRICTED AND THE COST OF ZERO REZ IS OFTEN TIMES MORE THAN THEY ARRE ABLE TO PAY. THE JOB YOU DO IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT.

Service was fast and efficient. Carpet looks like new again with no residue.
Pricing is still a bit steep when compared to conventional cleaning, a 3 room house clean at about $150 would encourage me to clean more often.
