How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The first thing the tech told me was that he couldn't clean the hardwood floor because it has too much wax on it. Interesting, because I've never waxed, only water mopped. He said I would have to have it stripped to the tune of $1300!!! And my furniture would need to be removed. Oh good, include the cost of movers and storage, animal boarding and a hotel room for me. I guess I'm looking at about $2500 to clean the hardwood floor. My appointment was for 4 to 6. Don't schedule such late appointments. At 3:00 the tech called to tell me that he was just starting his second job, because his first job had taken all day. He might get to my house by 6:00. OK, but that is pushing the time element. He cleaned the master bedroom carpet and told me it would need 6 hours to dry. It's now 7:00. Guess I'm sleeping on the couch. Oh well because I was up until 10:00 water mopping the floor. It was acceptable to drag the hoses over the hardwood, but a liability to help me clean the hardwood floor. A job I had scheduled Zerorez to do, but didn't happen. Where I'm going to get $2500 to clean the hardwood floor is a mystery. Today I received a Zerorez promotion from Angie's List describing doing exactly what I wanted done. The price is $199. Am I being scammed?

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cleaning done at my office, 1330 Dodson Way, Riverside...
I had to point out the floor in my office was not clean when he was finished, and then he has to come back to re-clean another office.

Brett was fabulous. He is a great communicator. Did a wonderful job. Never used ur company before but I remember your ads on FISH radio. I like the concept of no chemicals. I have 6 grandchildren and it's very important to me to maintain a healthy environment not only for myself, but especially for them! Also, I support all advertisers on my Christian radio station!

I like the ease and reliability of communicating with Zerorez. The receptionists are always very friendly and efficient, and check back to make sure the order is correct. The technicians who do the cleaning are also very professional. I have never had one be late; frequently they are early, but always call with a real time estimate of their arrival.
