The professionalism of your technicians is outstanding. They're prompt, courteous, and very careful. I truly believe that the reason my carpet looks so good at 15 years is solely due to having ONLY Zerorez clean it!

What do you like about our products and services?

I love that the products are natural. The stains were removed and color was put back in where we had oxidation marks. I love that there isn't detergent in the product so that they will stay cleaner longer. I am very happy with the results!

The rugs and furniture I had cleaned look brighter and feel good to the touch. Even though Zerorez is not the cheapest, I have been completely satisfied with the results. Also, all the technicians that have come to my house have done a great job, they set up with care not to bring dirt into the house and do a thorough job.

What could we do to improve?

I am a repeat customer and have been using zerorez for years. On our latest cleaning, I called to have our carpet cleaned due to a strong ammonia smell in our front room. It was probably from our dog! The tech treated the area and I purchased a bottle of zero stink to have on hand. Shortly after the carpet was cleaned the ammonia smell came back. I have since used the entire bottle of zero stink trying to rid the smell. If you have any suggestions on what else I can do please let me know!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We had area rugs that were to be cleaned and after a week I spilled water on one and found that when I wiped it up the cloth was dirty. This was in an area that we don't as a rule walk in. So I wet a white cloth and tested the other rug, and it too showed dirt on the cloth.
We would like to have the area rugs recleaned.
