The cleaning was effective. The Zerorez people have always been on time, sometimes early and they always confirm and they always call ahead. They will work with you on the scheduling as well.

A good job. My carpet seems to stay clean longer than when I use other companies. Downside, you are expensive. $25 per room for protectant seems excessively high
I like the service and the fact that very few chemicals if any are used. Our carpets come out looking fabulous.
