NON TOXIC, DRIES FAST, DOES A GOOD JOB CLEANING AND ON STAINS

The carpets look great as always, and Daniel did a great job on them.
However, there is a white residue on all of the surfaces near the floor around the entire office. That's never happened before when we've had your services completed here. I don't know what happened this time for it to appear, but it is on absolutely every single piece of our office equipment that is on the floor, including the wood legs and desk in our CEO's office.
If it weren't for the white splash, I would give you guys a 10, and the carpets look fantastic.

Carpet doesn't look any cleaner than it did before cleaning. Tech was supposed to measure area rug before charging for cleaning, that never happened. My research showed your prices were well above others, but I went with ZeroRes because you were highly recommended and I was very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning I got.

The product was new to me. It's ok...but I prefer a dry product. The young man was very informative and did a very good job.

When I called to make the appointment, the people on the phone didn't ask me about the clearance of the truck for the parking garage so when the truck came, he wasn't able to park in my garage. I had moved all of my furniture out of the bedrooms, which was strenuous, and in the end he wasn't even able to do the work that day because he couldn't park in my garage and he didn't have the portable cleaner. The appointment was rescheduled with the portable cleaner but really many of the stains are still there. I don't know if it was really that worth it for how much of a struggle it was. They definitely need to make sure the people in the office that book the appointments ask tons of questions about a person's set up, especially if you are in an apartment. I didn't know what to expect and was pretty annoyed that not only could the appointment not happen that day and I'd have to move all my furniture back in, but that I'd have to pay extra for the portable cleaner which didn't clean as well as the hose cleaner.

I first used Zerorez when I lived in Minnesota. When you are dealing with horrible winter weather people always track snow, mud and salt into the house. It does not matter how well you wipe your feet. Zerorez got every stain out. I also have a dog that does not know how to wipe his feet. So, when we moved to SoCal and I foolishly bought white carpet, the only company I would even think to use is Zerorez. After the carpets were clean, my carpets looked like the day we put them in. I will only use Zerorez.

The serviceman did a great job.

What I like best is that there is no soap residue, the carpet feels better and the carpet stays cleaner longer than when using a carpet shampoo.

Kyle arrived on time and was very friendly. The process did not take long at all, looked great and smelled great. I was surprised at how quickly the carpets dried as well.

How long my rugs stay looking fresh and clean. Great service.

Very professional. Technician went above and beyond the call of duty by taking care not to scuff walls, and to set up a "bubble" so I could watch the water as it went thru the hose. Technician was friendly, and answered all my questions with a smile. A friend recommended Zerorez to me, and I will definitely forward the recommendation to someone else! Thank!

Very polite, very efficient, on time, did a good job and NO I did not ask him to drink the water.
It took a longer time to dry then I thought - but not your fault - blame the weather.

YOUR COMPANY NAME SAYS IT ALL - NO RESIDUE. NO SOAP TO COLLECT DIRT,ETC. HOWEVER, FOLLOWING MY LAST CLEANING (JAN. 8TH, I BELIEVE) YOUR TECHNICIAN DID NOT SUPPLY US WITH BOOTIES AND SOME WALKING ON THE WET CARPET WAS NECESSARY. I WILL PROBABLY RETURN TO CHEM DRY.

stains do not return after carpet dries

Excellent service tech! Friendly, did a great job on a very dirty carpet, worked hard to get the pet spots out! Great result. Soft, clean, non -smelly carpet.

There is still an area in my son's room that smells like pet urine, what can be done to remove that. my pet is no longer permitted upstairs, the soiling happened a couple of months ago and was spot treated at the time but the smell is still there.

I was charged $25 for the tech to drop the connections from my balcony to his van (parked in front). It turns out I was charged for this in the past...it is outrageous and you have lost me as a customer. Its too bad because the tech did a good job and I was happy with the way my carpet looked.

Your products work very well and your services are excellent. We are fortunate to have a wonderful technician, Robert, who does great work and is very accommodating. We look forward to the next time we need to call you.
