Our technician was right on time, he worked so quickly, and we can't say enough about the results! Our carpets look and feel brand new!!! We will be repeat customers, and have already recommended the service to a friend.
The idea is brilliant and I wanted to test it out. Our carpet is beautiful. Everything came clean except one round spot the size of a quarter. It remains black. My guess is it is grease but not sure.
The young man who came to do the work was fantastic. He and I moved everything out of the way and he worked very hard getting everything perfect. You have an excellent employee there. Keep him happy.

Ladies on the phone are very efficient. There is good follow-up and the technician called before arriving and did a very thorough job.
After the carpets had dried, I picked up the area rug and all kinds of debris fell out of it onto the garage floor. Therefore, I decided to vacuum the entire house to see what would come up and doing so filled the vacuum cleaner canister up twice. So it makes me think there is a problem with the cleaning process. I think that I know what the problem is and would like to meet with the owner to discuss it. Your product states Zerorez, but we got a lot more than just residue - we got dirt from carpets that were just cleaned! And that's the reason why I would not recommend. I have now vacuumed my carpets thoroughly and don't need to go through the hard work of moving all my furniture again - but would like to discuss a resolution.
When asked to drink the water, they should drink the water. The technician I had, though very friendly (and a job well done), was asked to drink the water. He did not. Instead he came of with some reason why he should not do it. I don't remember the reason.

The rep was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time and did a great job at a reasonable price. We were very happy about using a more "Green" solution to having our carpets cleaned. They came out great and dried quickly. He even did a little extra at no charge and left us protective booties to make sure we didn't track in dirt while the carpet dried.

The professionalism from making the appointment to confirming appointment to having Sal(my techenition) call before his arrival. Sal explained to me what he was doing. He did an AWESOME job!!!!! and not to mention he is a very polite young man. I liked that your front office called to confirm the appointment, and that the technician, Gil, called me about 30 minutes before arriving. Gil was thorough and informative. In the past, when I used Eric Bollman from Haines & Cross for 15 years, his technicians usually vacuumed first, and then raked the carpet afterwards. This technician did not do that, but perhaps it is not necessary to do with the Zerorez technique.
No residue to dirty carpets again. Dennis was efficient, and polite.

NO harsh chemicals used to clean the carpet and tile. I think the guy who did the work name is Darnell. He was very kind and did a great job.
The carpets look like and feel like new after cleaning. It was done quick and on time. The carpets dry fast with very little water left in the carpet. The guy that did mine has done my place before and is a great guy.

Fabulous job!. I have 2 basset hounds and even tho they are bathed frequently, their skin oils get into the carpet and attract dirt. I have Zerorez clean my carpets every 6 months and each time my carpet looks and smells like new.
I also like the fact that I get the same service people each time
No strong odors and no wet carpets, that take forever to dry.
