Product is excellent and customer service unlike any other. Our Tex was the best. Very timely, efficient and on time. We have had the same tec both times and that tells me a lot about your company. I have recommended you to anyone I know that needs their surfaces cleaned.
No residue color stays technician was efficient
carpets are fresh and clean. technicians are very neat and ensure your stairs, walls and hardwood floors are protected. I really like that the technicians wear shoe coverings while cleaning and change them out if they have to walk outside. No chemicals is the #1 reason I use Zerorez.

ZEROREZ is, flat out, the best carpet and upholstery cleaning company I have ever used, and its service reps have consistently impressed me as being the most professional. I used to dread calling carpet cleaners, because of the slobs who would show up at my door, always late, and always trying to upswell me, and the results were iffy in the near term and disappointing in the long term. You guys do a superior job.
The carpet was so wet that it took two days to dry and my son's room smelled aweful, like mildow.
