We had area rugs that were to be cleaned and after a week I spilled water on one and found that when I wiped it up the cloth was dirty. This was in an area that we don't as a rule walk in. So I wet a white cloth and tested the other rug, and it too showed dirt on the cloth.
We would like to have the area rugs recleaned.

We had our carpets cleaned Friday and one room is still wet so we have furniture in our hallway blocking doors and places we need to get into. We were told the carpets would be dry in 12-24 hrs. Also the carpet doesn't smell clean in two rooms that didn't even have pet urine. The carpet that did have pet urine in one room still smells and is the room which is still wet so I feel they treated it but didn't get the access water out. When I touch the carpet and smell my hand, my hand smells of pet urine so that tells me it should still be able to be extracted

They are on time and make sure the customer is happy before they leave.
They always work and if all the spots are not out they come back and fix them.
It was easy to schedule an appointment. The process of cleaning went smoothly. However the tech needs a bit more training in setting up the mobile cleaning equipment since a drop cloth should always be immediately be placed underneath the equipment, booties should be worn to cover the tech's shoes, and towels should be brought to wipe up any dampness on wood floors.

Outstanding product, 31 year old carpet is immaculate, thrilled with appearance, carpet cleaner David was superb, thorough, detailed and personable.
Only disappointment, you should consider a senior discount, nice gesture for folks on limited budgets and since the strongest population, you business would quadruple :-)
Fabulous! They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. We have a room that had an awful pet urine odor that I thought had to have a new floor. We tried Zeroez to hopefully save it. The odor is gone! Can't believe it. Thank you.
