I liked that the technitian gave me a curtisy call ahead of time and told me his ealier appointmet ran longer than he expected. The service call was completed in a timely manner. The carpets dried fairly quickly. And the technitian had helpful tips how to maintain a good clean carpet between cleanings.

The two people I dealt with - the lady who scheduled my appointment &
the young man who cleaned our carpets were both very pleasant & professional.

Darnell was very careful to protect the wall corners & our hard floors from
damage. He did a thorough job & paid particular attention to the "pathway areas"
as this was a concern of mine.

Technician was very friendly. Arrived on time. Worked very hard to get all of the carpet. Provided the foam blocks so we could put the furniture back. Took away our area rugs to be cleaned offsite. All around good experience.

I was able to get someone out to my house the next day, the service provider was professional, friendly and thorough. I liked that he was able to get the residue from a previous cleaning out of the carpet and leave it very clean.
