Livingston, who cleaned our carpet was extremely professional, helpful in explaining the cleaning process and provided information on future care for our carpets and travertine tile. I would highly recommend Zerorez and specifically Livingston.

I like your service personnel Rashad is kind, direct, professional and he made me feel so comfortable working in my home. He did an excellent job, left things as they were (except for my super fabulous carpets and chairs that I can now call that after he cleaned them). After the carpet dried, there were still a couple of food stains left. I got a scrub brush and some soap and water and removed them. Cleaning was not as good as the last time I used your company.

Robert is a highly qualified and skilled Carpet Master, very detailed oriented, proficient in his work, pays attention to the customers wishes and takes ownership and pride in his work. Beautiful and very clean carpets much better than the techs last year there was still a "dark hue" in the walking path of the carpet after they finished.
Kudos to Robert, he should train and develop all your techs, personal, friendly too :-)
EVERYTHING! My carpets look like new, removed all the stains and spots. My service rep was wonderful. Daniel explained everything up front and there were no surprises! He also was very patient and careful with my pets. I highly recommend him!
