What do you like about our products and services?

ZEROREZ is, flat out, the best carpet and upholstery cleaning company I have ever used, and its service reps have consistently impressed me as being the most professional. I used to dread calling carpet cleaners, because of the slobs who would show up at my door, always late, and always trying to upswell me, and the results were iffy in the near term and disappointing in the long term. You guys do a superior job.

The carpet was so wet that it took two days to dry and my son's room smelled aweful, like mildow.

Sal was a very efficient and friendly man. He did a good job cleaning the carpets and I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable with any questions I had and was prompt (showing up on time.) I am very happy with how nice my carpets look.
