You got my very dirty carpet spotlessly clean, and none of the old spots ever reappeared.
There was no odor whatsoever during and after the cleaning.

It is a very clean and odorless product. we can work even while other portions of the office are being cleaned. its fast and the service is efficient and friendly. we have used you for several years now.
Very nice scheduling, showed up on time. Good cleaning service, handled 2 small rug requests. All good. Turned off by pricing as explained over the phone with charges on top of the cleaning charge including a $15 water charge, room size limits seemed small, hallway counts as a room (however in our case its fair cuz hallway was large), closet fee, protectant fee, etc. For a premium service I would prefer a price/sf that covers everything. Pricing charged was in fact the pricing quoted so I am not commenting on being overcharged, rather the way that pricing it presented not my style.
Aside from that, ZeroRes seems to be a premium service and the cost reflected it. This was 50% more than anything we have paid to clean our carpet (about the same shape each time) than we have paid in the past. The service and job quality was very good. But would be hesitant to recommend to anyone other than our very rich and picky friends that want the best at any cost.

You were to clean 2 rooms; and I was very disappointed that this did not include moving furniture; you cleaned around the big furniture, but did not bother to move. I feel as though you did not meet your commitment.

Professional, arrived in the time frame they said they would. Friendly. The carpets look great. We will probably call you later this year to clean some of our office chairs. I love that there is no residue to attract dirt to stick to the carpeting. I believe this is the 5th year we've used your company.

I am in the process of having your technician return to remedy coffee stains that resurfaced in spite of the additional cost I paid for a "scotchguard" protective solution to prevent it.
I will let you know if he was able to secure a better result.

Way to long of a process with being late and being admant about using the van hoses and not the portable unit when that's what I scheduled.
The carpet cleaning is great without the soapy residue like other commercial carpet cleaners.
