He was prompt, courteous, knew his job well. He took time to explain what he was doing, cleaned up after himself. Also, he was clean with no body odor ( very important )
The carpet guy, Malo was very helpful, knowledgeable about zeroes products, and carpets in general. He had great service and he is a fantastic representative for zeroes.
