Robert is a highly qualified and skilled Carpet Master, very detailed oriented, proficient in his work, pays attention to the customers wishes and takes ownership and pride in his work. Beautiful and very clean carpets much better than the techs last year there was still a "dark hue" in the walking path of the carpet after they finished.
Kudos to Robert, he should train and develop all your techs, personal, friendly too :-)

We love the cleaning treatment process. Zerorez customer service is always professional and helpful in scheduling what are needs are.
Robert has worked in our home several times and he always does a great job. He helps to guide us with any questions we have in maintaining our carpet. He has even done some carpet repairs for us and we have been so pleased!

Like the cleaning process, as spots do not reappear when carpet is cleaned and not chemical based. Like also that Technician Robert has the equipment in his truck, should I like to inquire or see additional products/services/equipment, while he is here. That way, I can schedule those areas at a later time. Attendant is thorough. Attendant calls just before he arrives to assure customer that service is on its way. Technician answers questions, that one may have before cleaning begins. Attendant also makes sure before leaving that I'm completely satisfied.

He wasn't pushy and did not try to sell me something I did not need. In my opinion it is the representative/the face of the company that makes Zerorez a success. I will call Dennis again.
