Professional, friendly technician. Excellent "green" cleaning process.
Every thing went according to planed. Sol arrived on time, My husband had just fallen and while I had someone that helped to get him up Sol helped with him after my husband was on the couch. He if fine. Sol promptly consulted with me, he said he would start in the back bedroom and that is what I was going to suggest. Sol went to work even did one small room that is our guest room/ office/ and was also our cat room. It is so small it hardly qualifies as a guest room. Any way Sol was a one man crew, he worked fast and with expedient care. Our carpet was dry by the next day, I was able to vacuumed and brought up a lot of truly black dirt and fuzz. I was more than satisfied and have requested Sol to come back when I need to have our carpet done again. THANK YOU SOL AND ZEROREZ!

the technician was very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Our Persian carpets look great.
Our technician was right on time, he worked so quickly, and we can't say enough about the results! Our carpets look and feel brand new!!! We will be repeat customers, and have already recommended the service to a friend.
The idea is brilliant and I wanted to test it out. Our carpet is beautiful. Everything came clean except one round spot the size of a quarter. It remains black. My guess is it is grease but not sure.
The young man who came to do the work was fantastic. He and I moved everything out of the way and he worked very hard getting everything perfect. You have an excellent employee there. Keep him happy.

Ladies on the phone are very efficient. There is good follow-up and the technician called before arriving and did a very thorough job.
After the carpets had dried, I picked up the area rug and all kinds of debris fell out of it onto the garage floor. Therefore, I decided to vacuum the entire house to see what would come up and doing so filled the vacuum cleaner canister up twice. So it makes me think there is a problem with the cleaning process. I think that I know what the problem is and would like to meet with the owner to discuss it. Your product states Zerorez, but we got a lot more than just residue - we got dirt from carpets that were just cleaned! And that's the reason why I would not recommend. I have now vacuumed my carpets thoroughly and don't need to go through the hard work of moving all my furniture again - but would like to discuss a resolution.
When asked to drink the water, they should drink the water. The technician I had, though very friendly (and a job well done), was asked to drink the water. He did not. Instead he came of with some reason why he should not do it. I don't remember the reason.

The rep was very friendly and professional. He showed up on time and did a great job at a reasonable price. We were very happy about using a more "Green" solution to having our carpets cleaned. They came out great and dried quickly. He even did a little extra at no charge and left us protective booties to make sure we didn't track in dirt while the carpet dried.

The professionalism from making the appointment to confirming appointment to having Sal(my techenition) call before his arrival. Sal explained to me what he was doing. He did an AWESOME job!!!!! and not to mention he is a very polite young man.
