The only time we use zerorez is when I am given a coupon in my email or I get a coupon on an advertisement. The last time I got a coupon was from the email for $129.00 I called immediately and booked an appointment for a few months later which was yesterday. When I told the lady at zero Res who made the appointment and took the coupon offer what I needed my stairs in my hallway cleaned she said yes 129 plus a 15 dollar fee. When the gentleman came yesterday and I asked him what it cost he told me 199, he had to call in tell them what I told you just now to get it for me for the 129. I don't like having to deal with service people not knowing what to charge when it was already preset. I really like the way your guys clean our carpets I've recommended you to many of friends and they use you from California all the way out in Nevada by my recommendations although all of them say you are overpriced and I have to agree they've still called you as have I. This time it was a little different the machine in the van was making an ungodly noise and there was a strong odor coming from the van. When my husband got home he said he could smell it still but it was faint, luckily I have a cold and can't smell it and this morning when he got up and looked at the carpet he said it looks cleaner but it doesn't look as good as other times. I've had to go around and clean spots which I've never had to do before I'm assuming the machine wasn't working properly as even the gentleman was making a comment on how loud it was in about the smell he actually tried to shut my door so that the smell wouldnt come into my house. He's a very nice guy but I I'm a little disappointed my stairs don't look nearly as good as they generally do and like I said I've been cleaning spots here and there but I'm sure I will use you again. As far as recommending I'm just not going to say anything positive or negative about zerorez until next time and I see how it goes. Thank you

Carpet cleaning was great, but hard surface was expensive and not done well.
They have always done a good job, I wish prices were a little lower but that won't stop us from using them

Livingston has always been professional and on time.
We have used Zerorez several times with excellent results..Recently had stain reappear after couple of days and they came out and corrected right away..Had them do rest of our house at same time and results were great..
Timely and friendly service, great carpet cleaning; however, I did not appreciate that I could not get a more accurate quote during my initial call with zerorez. I mentioned exactly what was required and ended up having to pay almost $80 more than expected, which was very disappointing.
