I have already referred two neighbors and my son. We have lived in our home forty eight years and have had a number of carpet cleaners. Zerorez is the best! Aside from the fact that the carpets look great, the technicians we have had have always been well froomed and friendly.

No harmful chemicals used and exceptional cleaning. No chemical smell, which is much appreciated. Professional, pleasant employees and very efficiently run company. I would never use the regular type of carpet cleaning services that use harmful, dangerous chemicals. Bad for people, pets, the environment. Zerorez is the best. I like that my carpets smell fresh, they don't smell like some artificial deodorizer. I like how they feel after cleaning and that they stay clean much, much longer than if they were cleaned with soap.

Figure out a way to vacuum more of the moisture to make drying quicker. I had all my windows and patio door open and it still took 24 hours to get dry. Other than this, I am very happy.

I strictly stated I do not want calls or confirmations to be directed to my cell phone because I am at work during your business hours and I am unable to handle these types of communications. I give Zerorez a big 0 for not obeying my instructions in my Angie's list purchase.

Love how quick the carpet dried. All of the solution used was completely cleaned out of the carpet, zero rezidue left over. The guy that performed the service, Juan, was professional and courteous. Shared some good tips to help keep the carpet clean.
