When cleaned by Zerorez, our carpets, rugs and tile look great and remain that way for an unusually long period of time. We love that no soap is used in the process. In the past when we used other cleaners, it seemed as though the dirt (and maybe the soap) rose to the surface in a short time.
Zerorez service providers, particularly Livingston Panhorst, the Operations Manager with whom we have worked most often, are extremely capable, courteous and friendly. He willingly answers questions, discusses possible future services and provides appropriate discounts. The gentleman who assisted Livingston this week also possessed great cleaning and PR skills. We have recommended Zerorez to many neighbors and several have observed the process being carried out at our home. Thank you Zerorez and Livingston!!
