Jose! Jose was the most professional carpet cleaner we have ever had and he explained the products
and services so thoroughly and careful. It was actually a joy to have Zerorez come in to clean. The products
worked better than any other carpet cleaners products we have ever had in and we were amazed at the end product. He even cleaned our wool/silk rug and it is beautiful!
Clean and fresh
I appreciate the fact that the Zerorez products are environmentally friendly, safe and easy on my allergies. Robert, our Service Tech, was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.
Robert, my technician was superb. Knew the ins and outs of the business which only comes with experience. He was friendly, responsive and gave great customer service.

For the same cost I paid to have my carpets cleaned with Zerorez, my former carpet cleaner actually moved the furniture and cleaned underneath. I did not pay extra to have furniture moved or lifted by the Zerorez technician.
He did a great job and was very friendly.
Darnell was a wonderful representative for Zerorez as he loves working for your company and explains what will be done and how we should try to stay off the carpet until it dries. He proceeded with care and plans for how he would proceed from the point furthest from the front door working backwards to the front and then down the hallway to the two bedrooms. He willingly added a recliner to our invoice and proceeded to clean that before tackling the carpets. They look amazing and all of the stains are gone - especially in the master bedroom. My husband is very handicapped and has to ride his scooter to the bathroom so that area was very, very stained - it looks great now!

The orange smell versus chemical, friendly and helpful service man and overall job satisfaction.
Our carpet and couch looks and smells great. One complaint from my husband: one of the couch cushions was not completely cleaned at the edge seam. it is a very difficult area but also highly used when lying down.
I like that you don't use a bunch of toxic chemicals and my carpet smells like citrus after it is clean.
Your cleaning products really get carpets clean, they do not smell and it works very quickly.

The work is excellent leaving the carpet extremely clean and quick to dry. Serviceman is very knowledgable .
My carpet looks great, I like that there is no soap. I also have a protective spray used to help keep my carpet clean. The overall experience was friendly and professional customer service.
Product and services are 1'st rate. Cost are fixed. There are no hidden fees, or attempts to "sell" extras. Personal are on time, professional and courteous, including on the phone. In other words, if there is a "business model" to be used as an example Zerorez does everything right and I have never had even had the slightest bit of dissatisfaction in the half dozen times (or more) that I have used their services.

I really appreciate the fact that your products are environmentally friendly and my rugs and upholstery get really clean! Your service technician was also committed, friendly and professional.
The man who came was polite and knowledgeable.
There were several areas on the tile that did not get cleaned thoroughly, most prominently in the kitchen behind the stove (we moved the stove out so it could be cleaned) and in the edges where the tile meets the cabinets and sink. There were also other corners in the house that were not cleaned as I would have expected. How can you make it right? If your machine does not get the grime, then the person cleaning should do it by hand after the machine just like I did when he left. It was a waste of $340.00 and to top it off, the technician was having troubles with his phone so the only payment he could take was a check. So I got no credit card points and not a completely cleaned tile!
