Was very happy on how well my carpets cleaned up. And the service of your employee was very professional.
The technician showed up and was going to charge more than the agreed upon price I had gotten from the customer service operator. I paid the minimum of $194 even though I only had a bedroom and closet and asked that one spot be removed from the pillow. The customer service person saiid he would do more if I asked since I was paying this price.
He ended up doing the work for the agreed upon price, but it was not very well done. The carpet is still dirty and he did not get the spot off my chair pillow. Zerorez is very expensive and I don't think you are worth it. Same thing happened last time and I spent $500! I wanted to give you another chance but I will not be using you again.
This last time the grout just did not come as clean.

Larry Sanders promptly answered my phone calls and came by to give me an estimate within 24 hours. The carpet cleaning was done within the next 48 hours. It was done on a Saturday and Mr. Sanders was kind enough to pick up the office key and bring it back to me on Monday morning.
The carpet cleaning looks so wonderful! All of the spots were gone including the pet stains. Yes, we are an employee pet friendly environment (occasionally):). Dog days are a must. Mr. Sanders also threw in a pet freshener treatment free.
We are very satisfied with the service and I would highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs! A trustworthy and a put their money where their mouth is company.
We will be getting another carpet cleaning in six-months. Great job!

Your employees do a good job. I like the phone calls notifying of their arrival. I have one minor complaint with the service I have had the last two times I have had my tile cleaned. Both times the liquid on the entry floor has seeped into the carpet. It becomes noticeable a few days later after it has dried but people have walked on it and it shows dirt where it got wet. There are 4 or 5 "half-moon" shaped areas where water and chemical leaked on the carpet. I was not home for the most recent service but next time I will remind the technician to monitor that situation. Thanks. First name removed Kightliner

For the most part, "resident stains" have been removed and so I consider the product
effective and safe for my pet. But it's the SERVICE that's so satisfactory! Jose, the
technician, who came out and cleaned my carpets was such a friendly and professional
individual! He just was the best; hard-working; and truly wanting you, as the consumer,
to be pleased! I won't try anyone else again. It's Zero-Rez for me! Thanks!!

The service is excellent. This is the second time we have used ZEROREZ and have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of the cleaning. This recent cleaning involved our tile and travertine floors. As usual, Livingston did a great job. Livingston cleaned and sealed our travertine and cleaned and sealed the grout of our tiled areas. I would highly recommend ZEROREZ and especially Livingston.

Everyone was very professional. Brian arrived on time and was thorough in cleaning the carpet and was also very neat; left nothing behind but a clean carpet as he let himself out the front door. He answered all my questions before he started.
