On time, professional and carpet looks clean
Your technician, Matt, was on time, courteous, and did a fabulous job. We were very pleased with the fact that there is no soap residue and products are safe for our 2 dogs. We will call again when we need our carpets cleaned.
Cleaning seems to last longer than other brands like Stanley Steamer, etc. Techs are always polite and focused on getting job done.

Zerorez was able to give me an appointment within two days, showed up on time and at the beginning of the promised time period. The technician, Keith, surveyed the areas to be cleaned and then got right to work. He worked quickly and knowledgeablely and was finished without a hitch. He provided some parting instructions and left me with a beautiful clean carpet. I was surprised at how clean the carpet was ! I didn't think the carpet would ever look that good again. I have been listening to the ads for years about drinking the water. It made sense to me to clean with something that doesn't leave residue that will just make it worse or make the same stains come back. First time I've ever had to have carpets cleaned and I was excited to finally be able to use Zerorez. Awesome results but it's only been one day ;)

Once done the floors are dry in 6 to 12 hrs. Sal did my floors. He was on time, very courteous and efficient. Most important is that the spots in the carpet are gone
Disappointed in the way the bath/shower area was cleaned. Not all the soap scum was removed. Would NOT use them again to clean the bath/shower.
It's chemical and odor free so it won't harm our pets. Your employee Juan did a great job and was on time and personable.
