I appreciate the professionalism of everyone I have ever dealt with in the company, from the receptionists to the actual technicians. Scheduling is very easy; I receive a reminder; the technician calls when on the way and always within the time window I had been given. The cleaning services are very thorough and respectful of my time and my possessions. I always recommend Zerorez to friends and family.
I like that your cleaning system is a green product. I also appreciate that your technicians work at getting the water removed from the carpets as well. They do an overall good job.

The carpet looks exactly the same and if not worse in certain spots. We were very disappointed. We thought our carpet would be clean, and most stains dealt with and that was not the case. Paying what we paid we expected what we were guaranteed . We will not be using Zerorex again and will recommend to our friends not to use it.

You removed spots/stains that others could not.
Jose was prompt and explained the process very well. I told him that I have two kitties that will be in hiding and probable very scared. He made sure that the door wasn't so wide and it would be safe. My carpet is sooo clean and it dried in about three hours. This was my first time using zerorez and I won't use anyone else from now on. Jose was very efficient and made it a wonderful experience!
