The service rep was very knowledgeable and completed the service on time and with great results.
When the technician (Juan) came on Friday his machine did not work. He came back on Sunday morning at 8:00am on his day off. I really appreciated his loyalty to getting my carpets cleaned in a timely manner. Perhaps better maintained equipment would help both the technician and the client.
The end result was not what I expected. Looks no different then if I had cleaned with one of the many $5 products I have in my cabinet.

Best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had. Brian your Zerorez employee was very knowledgeable and professional. The carpet looks better than it has in years. We drink alkaline water so it was interesting to hear that he was going to clean the carpet with alkaline water.

My technician, Brett Spence, made a great impression with his customer service as far as his courtesy, punctuality, didn't put any pressure on me to try to sell other products and has a very warm and genuine smile. He took pride in the work that was done and I'm very pleased with the outcome. He is a definite asset to Zerorez !!
