Although the carpets were cleaned very well, I feel that the price Zerorez charged this time was outrageous for the task. My husband, who is very ill, handled the payment and was not told of extra charges for pet urine ahead of time. He feels as though he was taken advantage of.

Dennis Smith was fabulous, very professional and did an excellent job. Based on his performance, I would recommend HIM. Based on the performance of the office staff and scheduling personnel, I would say DO NOT use Zerorez. People in the call center were were unprofessional, not very bright, unable to track a conversation and provide responsive answers, and each successive person was clueless as to what the prior person had said. It was a very frustrating experience -- a MAJOR customer service overhaul is needed.

They smell wonderful, and you take the dirt out. Only thing different from the company I used before, it took much longer for my carpet to dry.

Surprised only one technician arrived at my home. This could be a security issue for your staff - moving furniture, etc.

Training to inquire of the homeowner regarding moving furniture to clean and then moving it back.
Automatically providing booties and furniture plastic squares.

I like that the technician's work for the company and not contracted out. They always do a great job and I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Brian was great and worked very hard and my tile floors look great.

They seem to get tough stains out such as pet urine, wine, etc.

How clean my carpets were when the whole process was completed.

The technicians are very knowledgeable of carpets and cleaning processes. They are always dressed very nice. THe carpet looks great afterwards.

Service was right on time, with a phone call first. Service person was friendly and professional. The carpet turned out really nice, although it stayed wet way longer than expected., it was still damp the next day.

The carpet that we have is about 14 years old; it's hotel grade and made to take a lot of use/abuse. But it needs help periodically, and Zerorez brings it back up to great condition which keeps it going. There's no chemical smell, no residue or dingy look.
