Darnell was amazing at cleaning our carpets and tile. Very professional and polite. Told us all about the products and how the cleaning works. We are very satisfied with his work. Very nice young man and he made sure we were happy with the job he did.
I have white carpet. The tech did his usual great job. But now I have a brown stain coming up in some areas

Dennis Smith was the technician. He was very professional and informative. The products plus the additional pet urine spray did a great job. I was called 30 minutes prior to his arrival, which I appreciate. I have used Zerorez before and will again.

I love the concept of not using soap so there is no residue. I love the way the carpet smells after they are done cleaning my carpets, it's a light citrusy scent that is very clean.

I love that there is no use of chemicals! With a 3 month old who will be crawling soon, it was amazing to have clean carpets without leaving our carpet with soap residue. The carpets look brand new; all the stains are gone.
Our technician,Rashad Jordan, was awesome! He was very friendly and even cleaned a small area a second time because I was concerned it may have gotten slightly dirty while we were moving furniture back into the room. Very happy with the look and feel of the carpets!

Everything include water is in your truck and the carpets become very clean? The service representative are knowable
Zerorez is everything, and more, that it is advertised to be! The product/process (and most importantly the technician Robert) extended our previous carpet be at least 2 years.
