How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Scheduling error, took a later slot in the day so tech wouldn't have to turn around, but it was Zerorez error, and nothing.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our carpet was cleaned yesterday and it looks great. Also, there was no residual "damp" smell. The technician was professional and courteous. Thank you!

I was very happy with your representative, Robert Keith. He was very personable and did an excellent job preparing, cleaning and finishing the carpet. He also did an excellent job on cleaning two plush armchairs. The carpet looks great!

What could we do to improve?

The gentleman who came out did an amazing job. He was quick, courteous, careful with our home and the carpet looks AMAZING. The only reason I have to rate a 7 instead of 10 is that one of the rooms still smells of pet urine. It only seems to be the one area, but honestly the smell was not particularly strong to begin with, but there doesn't seem to be any improvement. This being the case, I would recommend it to others, so long as they aren't concerned about pet stains.

Jose! Jose was the most professional carpet cleaner we have ever had and he explained the products
and services so thoroughly and careful. It was actually a joy to have Zerorez come in to clean. The products
worked better than any other carpet cleaners products we have ever had in and we were amazed at the end product. He even cleaned our wool/silk rug and it is beautiful!

I appreciate the fact that the Zerorez products are environmentally friendly, safe and easy on my allergies. Robert, our Service Tech, was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.
