The representative was very professional, worked quickly and did an excellent job. He made suggestions about future maintenance of our carpets but did not try to Hard-sell services that we may not need.
The man that cleaned my carpet and chairs was very professional and friendly. He offered the option of stain protector which I'm sure I'll be glad I accepted since I have 3 dogs. I'm very likely to use your company again.

I've used other companies that left my carpet stiff and not pleasant to walk on. Basically ruined the carpet. Zerorez products did not do that and removed a greasy stain under my husband's recliner.
I always like your services, have used you for years, however, this time I feel like I got bait and switched. I signed up for $129 for 2 areas and when the guy left he charged me $179 and said an extra $40 to remove a animal vomit spot and $15 service fee. I have NEVER been charged to remove spots before nor was I told ahead of time on this one. This is what the "other guys" do and the reason I have been using zerorez all these years?? Obviously I have spots that need to be removed or I wouldn't be getting my carpet cleaned in the first place! Not your usual great service.
Unfortunately, the attitude of our service provider was not great (due to long drive, I guess) and the carpets remained wet for almost 24 hours, despite being done in the morning of a hot day. Disappointing, because we've been happy before, despite the price being double that of local providers.
Quality of the product.
I felt Eduardo was sincerely committed to 1) doing a superior job 2) seriously dedicated to addressing the stain problems on our job. I was impressed he was so detail-oriented, for example, making certain the carpets edging to the wall/baseboards were thoroughly cleaned.
Past carpet cleaning companies we've used seem to have an "in/out" mentality—focusing not on thoroughness but simply addressing "main paths" and then out the door.
I also appreciated that Eduardo called mid day to inform me of his approximate arrival time, then again to let me know he was on his way after actually completing his prior appointment.
I wasn't disappointed. You are just too expensive for most people.
