Cost prohibitive for most
Clearer instruction on product offerings. Was not aware that there are times when you do not use your proven patented formula. The whole portable unit situation was not completely clear, the use of a big truck vs the van. The whole purpose of calling zerorez is to get the alkaline water,thats what you're known for. All in all my service person was Michael, thorough, friendly, nice, explained everything. I am please with the look, smell, care and cleaning advice from Michael, he represented your company well. I will call your company again and I will request Michael along with the alkaline water.

This was the first time we used this company and I was dubious such a simple technique could remove our carpet's stains. What a pleasant surprise to see the results! Our technician was also extremely polite and careful working around our furniture. No one had ever provided plastic furniture barriers/protectors before. He worked efficiently and carefully to remove all our stains, and only one has come back.

I like the fact that Zerorez uses a system that does not leave cleaning soaps and solutions in my carpet. My carpet is dry and soft, not crunchy or hard to the touch. I also loved having your technician (Robert Keith) explain everything in detail and go out of his way to treat stains and spots that other cleaners could not get out.
Michael was especially attentive and hard working.
