I love the product that's why I use Zerorez exclusively for my carpet cleaning. This was the second time Brian has been to my house and he is great!
I have used zerorez Close to 10 times. I like the lack of cleaning agent odors and a quick drying time. All of the technicians have been friendly and competent . Yesterday I had Jose and he was excellent

Professional, thorough, understanding
The carpets look almost new. Just beautiful and Brett got all the cat vomit stains up. Just called for a re-service because of an area where the cat had urinated. The oder has come back. Zerorez had no problems with having Brett come back out today to re-do the area. Wonderful, great company. I have already recommended you to a friend and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks a bunch.

Sal listened very carefully to my needs, made recommendations and then completed the work. The carpet looks beautiful and it dried quickly!!! He took special care to remove some really tough stains and even moved two pieces of furniture from side to side in order to clean the whole room.
It really works and lacks odors.

The technician, Sal, was very friendly and was able to answer any questions that I had. I think overall the price was a bit steep since I only needed one room, a very small area rug and a small chair cleaned. Since it was such a small area rug and chair I felt that they should have done the area rug and chair as the "2nd" room instead of charging me an additional $50 for the chair. I would recommend Zerorez based on the great experience I had with the technician but would only recommend people to call for bigger jobs in their house so they aren't paying the $159 price for not enough service.

Our technician, Brandon, was very polite & professional and our carpets turned out great. I like your cleaning process that doesn't leave soap residue in the carpet and does not soak carpets as do traditional cleaning methods. This is our second time using Zerorez in Irvine. One suggestion would be for Zerorez to offer a repeat client discount vs the standard "clean 3 rooms, get the 4th free". The rooms sizes never quite fit to actually get that deal.
No chemicals, safe for pets and children (who spend a lot of time on the floor).
