Fabulous job!. I have 2 basset hounds and even tho they are bathed frequently, their skin oils get into the carpet and attract dirt. I have Zerorez clean my carpets every 6 months and each time my carpet looks and smells like new.
I also like the fact that I get the same service people each time

After the carpet dried, there were still a couple of food stains left. I got a scrub brush and some soap and water and removed them. Cleaning was not as good as the last time I used your company.

I liked that your front office called to confirm the appointment, and that the technician, Gil, called me about 30 minutes before arriving. Gil was thorough and informative. In the past, when I used Eric Bollman from Haines & Cross for 15 years, his technicians usually vacuumed first, and then raked the carpet afterwards. This technician did not do that, but perhaps it is not necessary to do with the Zerorez technique.
