Your tech was prompt, very polite and nice, worked efficiently and was very professional. I was very pleased with him and his work.

Matt is very personable and easy to work with. He cleaned our carpets in the steps and 3 bedrooms. In this he did a good job. However, we noticed that he did not put much effort on the two ends of each step. Matt's reason: the ends are not normally stepped on, and thus did not need much cleaning.
We also asked him to clean our mexican tiles in the lower level. The tiles were scrubbed by the big scrubber, and the surface was done ok, although some of the spots were not removed. The tiles have large i-inch grout and were quite dirty to begin with. We understood that cleaning the floor would not be easy due to the condition of the grout. While the tiles were scrubbed, the machine did not reach the grout, and Matt did not use the hand grout scrubber. During the last 3 days my wife and I had to hand-scrub the grout and have improved the condition. We cannot understand why he did not clean the grout. No point in cleaning the surface of the tires without taking care of the grout. In fairness, Matt charged a very reasonable amount for cleaning the tiles, but I would have preferred grout cleaning to be included in the effort. We also delayed Matt somewhat before he started cleaning the tiles. If you like I can send you some photos of the tiles, ones taken after Matt left, and after we had manually cleaned the grout ourselves. Done literally on our hands and knees. You are also welcome to come by and inspect our house, entirely at your option. We do not require it.

Zerorez is a quality company. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job. I also like that the product they clean with is natural and safe. The reason for the 9 rating instead of 10 is due to the pricing for area rugs. I didn't have my large area rug cleaned because it was too expensive.

The gentleman who came out did an amazing job. He was quick, courteous, careful with our home and the carpet looks AMAZING. The only reason I have to rate a 7 instead of 10 is that one of the rooms still smells of pet urine. It only seems to be the one area, but honestly the smell was not particularly strong to begin with, but there doesn't seem to be any improvement. This being the case, I would recommend it to others, so long as they aren't concerned about pet stains.
