Customer service and good work.

The whole cleaning process was outstanding! From the technician to the drying of the carpets, it all went great! Love your product! That's why we will always call on Zeroez!
Lower minimum amount for single room. We have one small living area that costs 180 dollars and we were told you can do three rooms for that price but we only have the one room to do so it seems unfair to charge the same price.
Clean carpets, fast drying, hard-working tech.
Our technician was extremely professional and pointed out an area that would possible be a problem. He was very conscientious of our possessions and our walls.

Of course, I love our clean carpets. I was hoping to have a chance to tell you that Daniel not only did a great job but he was warm and pleasant in doing a fantastic job. We are a home bound elderly couple and truly appreciate kind courteous people like Daniel. I hope the next time we have our carpets cleaned he will be available or someone that he has trained.

It took much too long for my carpet to dry. It was still damp the next morning.
Zerorez and Robert Keith are 100% the Best Carpet Cleaners I have ever used! Robert is warm, very hard working and knowledgeable. He has saved my off white carpet from Oil Paint, Cat Throw Up, Grease, and Candle Wax Stains. Every inch is always cleaned the same as the main areas and he shows up on time and with a smile. He always tells me how much me loves his job and I always say I love the job he does !

Have been a carpet cleaning customer for a long time, and will continue forever! Will absolutely recommend Zerorez for carpets! This time I had my granite polished, and I am not impressed. The tech did not clean or polish the granite backsplash, the buffer got away from him a couple of times and scratched my cupboard and dishwasher air vent. The process left a black soot-like film everywhere. Can't recommend for granite, based on this visit :(
