We love the cleaning treatment process. Zerorez customer service is always professional and helpful in scheduling what are needs are.
Robert has worked in our home several times and he always does a great job. He helps to guide us with any questions we have in maintaining our carpet. He has even done some carpet repairs for us and we have been so pleased!

Like the cleaning process, as spots do not reappear when carpet is cleaned and not chemical based. Like also that Technician Robert has the equipment in his truck, should I like to inquire or see additional products/services/equipment, while he is here. That way, I can schedule those areas at a later time. Attendant is thorough. Attendant calls just before he arrives to assure customer that service is on its way. Technician answers questions, that one may have before cleaning begins. Attendant also makes sure before leaving that I'm completely satisfied.

No residue color stays technician was efficient
carpets are fresh and clean. technicians are very neat and ensure your stairs, walls and hardwood floors are protected. I really like that the technicians wear shoe coverings while cleaning and change them out if they have to walk outside. No chemicals is the #1 reason I use Zerorez.
