I just unrolled my rug and discovered hard patches on the design. These were never there before. Wondering what kind of chemicals were used on my wool rug. The portion of there rug where I was primarily concerned is still dirty. I cannot believe this is what a $300+ cleaning got me. So disappointed in the service. I submitted photos to Email address removed for review.

My carpet looks amazing, I have three 80+ pond dogs and two miniature pot bellied pigs that are indoor/outdoor pets. As you can imagine, my carpets take a beating. After the cleaning, it looked like freshly installed carpet! Awesome! Your tech Brandon was great! He called me several times to update me on his arrival time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really made a great impression for your company. I wish I would have taken before and after photos as I am still amazed at the results. My wife and I were ready to tear out the carpet and install new flooring. Great job Zerorez!
The original zerorez person was not prepared or very pleasant. After the appropriate tools arrived to do the job the second person (Mike) the experience was pleasant and The job was well done.
