The two people I dealt with - the lady who scheduled my appointment &
the young man who cleaned our carpets were both very pleasant & professional.
Darnell was very careful to protect the wall corners & our hard floors from
damage. He did a thorough job & paid particular attention to the "pathway areas"
as this was a concern of mine.
I really like the fact that no chemicals were needed to clean the carpets.

No mess no fuss no smell
Technician was very friendly. Arrived on time. Worked very hard to get all of the carpet. Provided the foam blocks so we could put the furniture back. Took away our area rugs to be cleaned offsite. All around good experience.
I was able to get someone out to my house the next day, the service provider was professional, friendly and thorough. I liked that he was able to get the residue from a previous cleaning out of the carpet and leave it very clean.
Pretty expensive.
Robert was prompt, efficient and knowledgable. He came to our house on time, worked quickly and efficiently. We would give him, and his service a 10. Yes, we will be return customers.

The products are odorless and they leave my carpets soft, not hard. As for service, this was a new fellow and he was quite nice and got to work quickly and efficiently. I'm a happy Zerorex customer.
