How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have used Zerorez for years. This is the first time I am dissatisfied with results. My white carpets have a yellowish tint! Bedroom carpet did not clean as well!

What do you like about our products and services?

We have been using Zerorez for several years. It cleans the carpet better than any of the several other companies we had used previously and the carpets stay cleaner longer! The person who cleaned our carpets on December 2nd did a superb job!

I like the way my carpet and marble look after it is cleaned. The carpet is cleaner with your process than others I used in the past; that's why I continue to use Zerorez.

We used Zerorez once in the past and have used another carpet cleaning service for the past two years. Their price was much lower and I guess we received what we paid for. Rasdhad was courteous, quick and efficient. The carpets looked almost new after he finished even though it is 12 years old. Zerorez is the best and we will continue to use and recommend you.

It takes longer to vacuum my house than it did for the tech to clean the carpet. It would have been nice if he had worn the white shoe covers instead of tracking in more dirt.

The technician was very nice and he took care not to damage my newly painted walls. I noticed as he was leaving that there was water spots on my wood floors. I showed him and cleaned them up. I thought he had done all of them and I'm sure he thought so too. When he had gone, I noticed lots of whitish spots all over my wood floors that had dried and left marks. My husband and I had to clean it all up. The hose must have been leaking all over.

You technician was on time and worked tirelessly. Sorry to say it, but our carpet is very old and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. But he did a great job with it and it is much improved. The price was also reasonable for what he had to do. We won't wait so long next time.

I wasn't particularly happy that the few stains we had on the carpet are still on the carpet. I wasn't that happy with the area rugs not looking very clean either.
