I love the fast drying time of zerorez and I love how clean my carpets are afterwards. They look like new and I have two dogs. Robert, the the technician that does my carpet is the best. He sees what needs to be done and if I need something extra for the carpets he lets me know. He is very meticulous in his work.

We have always been VERY happy with Zerorez, but this time the technician did not show up on the day he was suppose to show. Also, when the company rebooked us, we asked the technician to move only 2 chairs when he did the rooms. We did not check until he had left and the two chairs had not been moved. Also, there was a stain that did not come out that we felt should have. In fairness, maybe it would not have, but we felt the two technicians we had come to the house before would have made us aware of it. We have had our floors done by Zerorez probably 4 or 5 (more than once by the same technician) times and we were always very happy before - just disappointed this time.

I like the fact that Zerorez uses only water on my carpets and area rugs. I can honestly say that my carpets look like new, and stay looking great. I don't get a "walk pattern" of dirt since no detergent was used. Darnell was so polite, friendly, and professional that I will ask for him again.

Clean/Friendly Techs

-Never showed up for original appointment
-My wife had to continue to tell the technician to redo certain areas of the carpet that were extremely stained
-Zerorez does not move ANY furniture, even light pieces
-CSR promised a credit due to failure to show up to original appointment, technical wasn't given this info when he prepared the bill
-Technical was given wrong street name (Harbor instead of Harper). My wife had to correct this information and as a result, he showed up at the end of the 2 hr appointment window.
**VERY disappointed in the quality of service. Will never use your company again.

The absolute best part is that there is no residue left for dirt to stick to. My carpets stay cleaner SO much longer! Another good part is that my carpet is staying in great condition! We have only used Zerorez to clean our carpet and it shows in how good it looks. Even the Zerorez representative was surprised to learn our carpet is 15 years old!

Dennis is a very high quality carpet cleaner whom you can tell cares about his job. He was very thorough and detailed on the entire process. He went back through and spot checked his own work and touched up as necessary.

I like the concept of extracting dirt from a soiled carpet without leaving chemical residue behind. I like feeling of walking barefoot on the carpet after cleaning knowing that I'm not exposing my skin to harmful chemicals that can be absorbed into my body through my skin.

I am amazed at how well Zerorez works. I have an old carpet, 16 years +++? and I am not particularly careful with it and it comes out looking new. I have also used Zerorez in a house up for sale and saved having to re-carpet 2 rooms because Zerorez brought back the existing carpets to life.

I like also the short recovery (drying) time whereby one can walk on the carpet in only a few hours after cleaning.

Finally, I have to commend the service technicians who have cleaned my carpets. In my experience all 4 that I have come in contact with were friendly, thoughtful, helpful and well groomed. I like to believe that they are motivated in part by the eco-friendly service Zerorez provides.
