The carpets come out amazingly clean despite all the dirt my dogs throw at them!

The carpets looked great after and they were not soaking wet for a long time. Our carpets were completely dry in about 2 hours (it was 90 degrees that day though) Also our technicion, Brett Spence was awesome!

The technician was friendly, very through, well versed in all types of carpet care knowledge. My carpet was horrible, much worse than I thought - stains, pet urine, horrible!!! It looks like new!

Our tech warned us that some stains may come back because I had cleaned the rug myself, but we haven't seen any yet.

First time clients...and I am already looking for more stuff to clean!!!!

There is no moldy smell. The carpets look and feel clean. Spots are removed, and it takes 4 or 5 months before they reappear. With other companies, I have had spots still faintly visible and are back agin in a week or two. This is the third time I have used Zerorez. I recommended Zerorez to a friend. She was also pleased with the results.

How clean the end result is. I had Rashid (Rashad?). Amazing young man. So professional, so thorough. Last years guy left me in a sea of soppy carpets. Rashad left me with a properly done carpet. All visible stains are gone. House looks great. If you promote him, promise me he will still do my carpets.
