The technician was wonderful.
He answered all of my questions and explained things that I was wondering about in kind detail.
The job that was done was a 10 on the scale but I had to wait into the evening before the Tech arrived. Not his fault but the fault of Zerorez scheduling, leaving the Tech under a great deal of stress.
Brandon was very professional and spent a lot of time getting everything done nicely. I have a tentative apt on 12/3 for hardwood floors. Thanks so much.

We had some problems arise at the time of the original cleaning but they were addressed and rectified. Everyone at administration was courteous and helpful in solving the issues. Marcel came out the second time and did a wonderful job in taking care of the situation. The carpeting looks great and cleaner than ever.
The best thing about your products and services is that they REALLY DO WORK!!! No promises or tricks, they clean and stay clean longer than any other company or products I have ever tried and I couldn't be happier!

This is the third time we have had ZeroRez clean our carpets and every time we have been delighted by the beautiful job they have done! Our carpets are over 10 years old and the last 5 years have been busy with our son's family living with us! That meant 8 people and two dogs! But, as soon as Sal was finished, the carpets looked new! Really!! Not one spot or traffic pattern, even the stairs are beautiful!! I also want to include our compliments to Sal, our service tech as well! He was prompt, quick to listen to my concerns about some areas and had solutions that worked out perfectly! Sal was polite, kind, very attentive, and very professional. His finished work says it all!. We are always blessed by the employes at ZeroRez. They have all been excellent! They really care about the work they do and proud to be a part of ZeroRez! We will continue to recommend your company to all our friends and family! Thank you!!!!!!!
The quality of the work you do is a cut above that of anyone else in the business.Your staff is friendly and efficient and meets all expectations. Yes, you are expensive, but you are definitely worth it. My 10 year old carpet looks almost brand new again

I felt that the stone cleaning was not as represented. It was very expensive and yet did not take care of the issues I had.
Jose was on time and efficient! He completed the job in a timely manner. Jose also put back the area rugs & clean up properly. We appreciate his work immensely! If there's one bad thing, I have to say that, I wish the cleaning wand could go deeper under the bed! My whole experience with Zerorez was painless & so easy! Thank you!

Maybe reduce the costs to clean the stairs. I was a bit surprised to find out the it was and additional cost of 80.00 to clean 12 steps. I was able to have three rooms cleaned for 200.00. I added the stairs to be cleaned as well and was surprised to see the additional costs. Plus I don't understand what the 15.00 water treatment charge was. I don't recall seeing that charge in the past.
The gentleman that performed the service was polite, quick, and answered the questions I asked him, Excellent service. I have used zerorez in the past on clients homes after remodel and I have had great service on each occasion. This time was my mom and dads house and your cleaning method made filthy carpet look brand new. Thank you
Sal was extremely professional and provided lots of information and insight into the job and how to address my cleaning needs. The chair he cleaned looks almost new, well beyond what I would have hoped for considering its age and use. I would highly recommend Zerorez and will use you all again in the future!

I would be very likely to recommend Jose, the technician that worked on our home. Sharp, professional and efficient young man. He was unable to contact us about arrival time given an error in the phone number on record.
I like that there are no chemicals or soap used, only pure water. I liked Alex, who cleaned the carpet. He did an excellent job and when I asked him questions about the water and why it is so effective, he was Very knowledgeable.
You get my carpets, upholstery and tile really clean!! Brett was on time, very nice and efficient.
