The young man who cleaned my carpets was careful and responsible; he did not damage furniture, stair railings, etc. and was invested in protecting them from damage. He did an exceptional and professional job.

Surprised you could fix my carpet that had a bump in it, and re lay carpet that was taken up when we had a water leak.

I HAVE ONLY BEEN HOME FOR 2 DAYS SINCE YOU CLEANED MY CARPET & IT LOOKS WONDERFUL---JUST HOPE IT CONTINUES TO LOOK THIS WAY FOR @ LEAST 6 MONTHS-----

Not much, your service was great, no complaints. Your prices are VERY high compared to other services and the people we talked to were put off by how expensive it was to clean carpets using your service.Our experience was great and we will continue to give you positive impressions when talking to other folks. What do you like about our products and services?

Malo was awesome, he called in advance to let me know when he would arrive, arrived when he said he would. Cleaned grout in my downstairs. My home is 20+ years old. Came out looking like new.

Good service and communication by friendly and polite employees. Your process works great to clean the carpet. Very much liked having Darren arrive and finish on time. I think it's a great idea to have techs who live in the area perform the service so they aren't made late by traffic. Also, there was a snafu with the bill that was corrected right away. You guys are awesome :)
