My technician, Brandon was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend his services to everyone!! My only criticism would be the ladies at the Irvine office. I found them unprofessional and down right rude! I would probably only book online or call the corporate office.

Was surprised at how wet the carpets were once the process was completed. We weren't told ahead of time about the dry time. Was told 6-12 hours for them to dry. 16 hours later the living and family rooms were mostly dry. The staircase and landing were still damp.
The deal I saw on your web site was 3 rooms plus 1 free for $199 +$15 water fee. It was explained that a staircase counted as 2 rooms. I thought that was absurd given the square footage space of a staircase is a fraction of 2 rooms. I thought that was a bit of a rip-off, but the stairs needed cleaning.
Our appointment was for Wednesday, Nov 4th. My husband said the ad he heard on Thursday, Nov 5th was 4 rooms, with a new blanket donation, for $119. Are you kidding me?
$95 cheaper?
The landing didn't come out as clean as the other areas and wasn't as dirty to begin with. Considering 14 steps count as 2 full rooms I would expect them to practically sparkle.
It has only been 3 days so I can't say whether or not the job was good as it takes a couple of weeks to know if the spots or traffic area dirt will come back. However, given the high price and really feeling like we were ripped off (staircase counting as 2 rooms, ad was $95 dollars cheaper) I am highly unlikely to recommend Zerorez.
